Sometimes I realise I take for granted living in a city absolutely bursting with creative makers, talented crafters and unique designers that are just so inspiring. I stumbled upon WeAreArrow, a small jewellery brand with a studio in East London and well, I just had to share their alternative and unique wedding rings and jewellery.
When it comes to wedding jewellery I feel like more and more couples are opting to branch out from the stereotypical solitaire and plain wedding band and of course, why not?
Whilst it has to last a lifetime, why not have something more unusual, unique and something that reflects you a little bit more? The designs from WeAreArrow are organic and utterly charming. Whilst they remain fairly simple, the subtle textures, slightly irregular nature and delicate design offer something so beautiful for brides and grooms looking for something more unusual.
WeAreArrow’s pieces are designed and hand made in London by designer Tatiana in her workshop (a converted shipping container, obvs). Using the ancient method of ‘lost wax casting’ the ring is created in wax initially before being cast, allowing the maker to leave their mark on each piece highlighting the natural imperfections, textures and irregularity (or some might say ‘uniqueness’) to each piece. I especially love that you can do this with you and your partners fingerprints on wedding bands (as seen above).
Inspired by natural surroundings from plants, seeds and petals these are brought to life in fine metals.
The workshop is based at Netil Market and as well as various London stockists, they do offer a completely custom bridal ring design service if you’re a gent out there looking to pop the question or perhaps you’re struggling to find the ‘one’ I highly recommend you get in touch.
