Something about the colourful itty bitty nature of sprinkles [aka hundreds and thousands] that I just can’t get enough of at the moment. In cakes, on ice cream, around a cocktail rim, the little rainbow sugar delight makes the most cute and delicious detail.
Perhaps it’s also the fond memories of baking fairy cakes as a kid and hence probably bouncing merrily off the walls from the consumed E numbers afterwards. Ahhh happy memories! The big kid in me still says these are fun, and so many ways to use them!
