Sassi Holford – 2012 Bridal Collection – Modern Romance
Whilst I don’t like to think of certain people being ‘trend setters’ I can’t forgo a mention of a certain Duchess of Cambridge for her choice of gown and thus bringing the lace sleeve back so to speak. Some girls love lace, others find it fussy or too traditional but when it’s used elegantly and in designs that fit like a glove then it’s no surprise that it was the choice of a Princess.
is a UK designer [whoop!] who has long been the choice for the modern and elegant bride for a traditional yet exquisite bridal look. Here is a glimpse of Sassi’s new 2012 bridal collection – the designs below are all from the Couture Collection, exclusive to the London boutique. Whilst I must admit I’m not the first to be the usual lace loving lass, these dresses with their subtle shimmer of skin under the lace are incredibly seductive…especially Ingrid [above]. I love the way these dresses have been styled minimally with simple hair in neat waves, team with a statement headpiece to keep the look modern and stylish.

Here are a few of my favourite designs from the Signature 2012 collection which are available nationwide. Think bows, feminine silouhettes and tulle, oh the tulle!
