London Bride is a uniquely creative service run by Charley Beard, who is a London based wedding planner and stylist who coordinates, designs and styles weddings and events for creative, contemporary and stylish couples in and around London. Charley also works as a stylist and consultant within the wedding industry and to stylish contemporary brands.

Charley can help with as much or as little as you need – whether that’s design and styling, full planning or on the day co-ordination.

Aisle Style & Co-ordination | from £700
All the DIY details at a wedding are so much fun to make but who’s going to set it all up on the day? You need to be tying the knot, not tying bows on napkins so by all means, make your own bunting but leave me to hang it up! In the month leading up to the wedding, I’ll put together a super schedule, liaise with all suppliers and be there on the day from start to first dance to guide lost guests, find that missing cake knife, move the flowers and make sure the DJ turns up on time. I’ll be there as support for you and I’ll act as the number one contact for all your suppliers so there is zero chance of you being stressed out and a 100 percent chance of you and your guests having the best and most stylish day, ever.


Theming + Scheming | from £350
Can’t decide between navy or nude? Think you want retro but seem to be going rustic? Know what you like but don’t have the vision? Don’t fret – there are so many options out there it’s hard to know where to start, that’s if you’ve been able to start in the first place! I will work with you to turn your nugget of an idea into a reality, bring it to life and tie it all together. I will create a bespoke ‘Style Guide’ for you to use throughout your planning as reference with mood boards, useful links, and supplier suggestions and can even oversee all elements of the design from start to finish. Combine with the Aisle Style package for on the day satisfaction too!


Location Location Location | from £350
I know you want to think about all the pretty details for your wedding day [your shoes are of the utmost importance!] but your venue is one of the most vital and time consuming parts of your planning and will play a huge role in your wedding day. I will thoroughly research and whittle a list down for you based on your budget, preferences and requirements and will even visit them with you if you like. I have a great knowledge of chic, traditional or unusual venues in and around London!


The Search Is Over | from £150
If you are finding that work’s busy, your mum is constantly calling your mobile and you have a week’s worth of washing piling up, you certainly don’t need to spend your precious evenings and weekends searching for wedding suppliers as well. I’m part of the furniture in the wedding industry so have lists upon lists of reliable and recommended contacts who come with gold stars and are eager to help with your every whim.

Wedding Concierge + Inspiration Sessions | from £125
This is like a speed date, except you’ve done the dating thing – lets talk about getting married!
 We’ll meet for a two-hour session where you can pick my brains, so if you are in need of quick 
advice, inspiration or help in any area of your wedding be it your table plan, what flowers to have in your bouquet or just to have some friendly impartial advice then this is 2 hours well spent.

Whole Heartedly | from £3,600
If, like me you are a perfectionist then this is the service for you. From start to finish and everything in between I’ll work closely with you to create your vision of how you want your day. You get to make all the fun and final decisions, and I’ll do all the hard work in bringing it all together and make it happen. This service greatly varies depending on each client’s needs so do contact me for a bespoke quote but fees are generally based on 12-15% of your total budget.
