Nova and David had a fun summery 60s style riverside wedding day at The Swan, Shakespeare’s Globe – the very place where they met.
I had been waiting a little while to feature this wedding as I was holding off for ‘summer’ to hit us as I love the summery feel to the day, but alas, no such hope for us here in the UK so I guess I’ll just have to share it regardless!
Nova and David had a lovely personal wedding celebration at the place where they fell in love, Shakespeare’s Globe! Puts a whole new meaning to Shakespeare In Love.
As an event manager herself, Nova planned a beautiful day that had subtle and thoughtful nods to her and David’s style as a couple, from the rings to the cake and so lovely to see their adorable little girl Jean be a part of the celebrations too. I love the summery vibe of the flowers by Palais Flowers, Nova in her short 60s style dress and the bridesmaids look super cool in their matching floral print skirts. I love the last shot of Nova and David just sitting chilling on the Millennium Bridge. Is there a better way to end your wedding? I’m not sure…
Oh and look out for the mischievous flower girls… they looked like they had the best day, ever!
