Paul and Fabien kept their same sex London wedding local with their ceremony and reception moments from their home in Battersea last August. From their super stylish pink and blue suits, to heartfelt words in the ceremony and handmade touches for their guests, there were certainly a fair few tears shed in this beautifully local wedding.

Whilst this blog here is called London Bride, and I get told a lot ‘wow, what a great brand name’… sometimes it can be a tad misleading. For me, this blog is not just about London and it’s not just about the bride. My aim of this blog is to inspire. Whether that’s to couples getting married in London, bride to be’s in Azerbaijan [yes, really I know you are out there!] or groom’s who have no idea about weddings – the engaged and the not even likely to get engaged anytime soon….it’s a place to include beauty, love and inspiration – in all forms.
So along with being a handy resource for all the above, today’s feature is a little more unusual in that it’s not a London wedding, and there is no bride. However, as with all the features I include on this blog, it moved me. This love shoot of the incredibly handsome Theo and Ben who happen to be celebrating 17 years together is just beautiful. Almost like stills from a movie, the beauty of the couple and of the location is perfectly captured in pure black and white by the genius behind the lens, Lee at Robbins Photographic… just goes to prove no matter how long you’ve been together it’s always nice to document it.
Thanks to both Leo and Ben and their photographer Lee Robbins for letting me share their incredibly beautiful shoot today. Seriously inspiring work!
